When you sign up to be an Affiliate, we will provide you with a coupon code for your fans to enter when purchasing their tickets via your link. 

How do I get the first free ticket to give away?

After you sign up to be an Affiliate, you may give away one free Essential ticket (valued at $229; if they want to upgrade to VIP or VIP+ they can apply this value to that ticket package). When you have a winner, email info@darkstarcon.com the full name, email and TT or IG handle of the winner, and we will contact them to arrange ticket delivery.

How do I know when I have made 10 sales, and how do I get the second free ticket to give away after I have made 10 sales?

In your Affiliate Portal, you can go to the “Referrals” tab to see when you have 10 confirmed/completed sales. Once you have 10 confirmed ticket sales, you can email info@darkstarcon.com for the coupon code for another ticket to give away. From there the process is the same one you followed for the 1st free ticket.

When will I get paid my commissions?

Commissions earned from the previous month will pe paid out within 30 days. For example, if you sell a ticket on May 15, and another on May 25…both will be paid out together sometime between Jun 1 – Jun 30.

Who can become an Affiliate?

Currently this program is being offered to attending authors and narrators, but Dark Star reserves the right to add others to the program if desired.

Is there a link I can share in my social media posts regarding the hotel block for the Convention?

Yes! You can share this link to the Sheraton Dark Star room block.
